This issue marks six years of STABIMAG publications, and boy oh boy it’s a biggun. We travel to south-eastern Queensland and catch GTs and spotted mackerel with YouTube star, Rokkit Kit. Then we go back across the ditch to cast soft baits with another big name, Matt Watson, aboard the new 1850 Supercab, no less. We drop in at the new Stabicraft factory in Port Angles, Washington and take the new 2250 Ultracab Alpha for a spin — our first boat built in the USA. The crew from The Captain then take us on a Stabi tour of California, Oregon and Alaska — yeehaw!

Turquoise symbolises five years of publication of STABIMAG and this year is saltier than ever. We travel to the turquoise waters off Sydney, Australia and catch marlin, then go across the ditch to the clear waters of Solander Island for a jaw-dropping diving adventure. In between, we climb aboard a couple of 1450s skippered by two mates, then catch a few kingfish with an Aussie, ex-commercial fisho, Gawaine Blake.
